  • GROUP FITNESS

    The group fitness classes are the backbone of what we do at S3E Performance Fitness. In a small group setting, we will coach you through an hour-long session (warm-up, skill work, workout, mobility, etc.) alongside some of the best friends and family you’ve EVER had in a gym. You will learn the basics of powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, simple gymnastics and bodyweight movements. You will always receive instruction from a certified and experienced coach and will constantly be observed to ensure that you are performing all movements in a safe and efficient manner.

  • PERSONAL TRAINING

    For many people, our group classes are everything they need to meet their goals. Yet the group classes are not the ideal solution to every person and situation. Whether you feel that need a long-term one-on-one approach, have very specific needs or goals, or just feel the need for more personalized instruction, personal training may be your best option. We will work with your schedule to conduct these one-hour, one-on-one sessions to help you reach your goals in the most effective, safest environment possible.

  • SHRED

    This small group class is specifically designed to teach the basic movements used in our Group Fitness classes. This 8 week class is taught by a certified and experienced coach in a smaller group ratio to ensure 1:1 attention. The class also focuses on proper indoor rowing technique to ensure maximum results. After completing the shred class you have the tools and knowledge to crush our group fitness classes!

With almost 20 years of experience in sports and physical conditioning, Coach Matt’s passion is helping others achieve their own standards of success. Whether that be a first pull-up, a faster 5K time, or a twice bodyweight squat, Coach Matt will work harder for you than any coach you’ve worked with in the past.

Coach Megan taught students with special needs for over eight years while developing her knowledge and love of all things strength. She is excited to bring her understanding of teaching principals into the gym to help athletes develop strong fundamental skills they will use throughout their life. Coach Megan is ready and pumped to work with you to step outside your comfort zone and crush all of your goals.

  • I have loved working out with Matt and his staff, at S3E Performance Fitness. I am so much stronger than I was when I first started working out with them.
