How does CrossFit work?

The beauty of CrossFit is that it works by giving you the confidence and skills needed to move better, both in the gym and in life. Move better, you will look and be more fit. What is CrossFit?

CrossFit has been defined as constantly varied, functional fitness done at high intensity. In other words, CrossFit stays away from specialization and prepares you for anything life may throw in your way. Combining aspects of Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, sprinting, rowing, and core conditioning will improve overall athleticism—your strength, speed, stamina, and endurance (S3E).
